I was going to bed and decided to catch the latest and breaking news.  It was a big mistake. I thought I would hear about the truck drivers protest taking place in Washington D.C this weekend or Obama’s ongoing arming of, our arch-enemy Al Qaeda in the attempt to destroy the country of Syria.  Alas, no such top stories.  Instead I hear big changes in the government shutdown!

Let me first correct the main stream whore media by saying it is not a shut down.  Secondly, I want to remind you, Obama is the one who decided what areas would be affected by his shutdown.  Good news, the Grand Canyon is reopening.  I thank God, lord Obama did not deprive the canyon of its government watchdogs until the canyon totally deteriorated.  In reality, the highways and Canyon itself needs little Federal intervention to perform their static support and visual effects.

The truth is, Arizona residents were losing millions of dollars and the state of Arizona stepped in to pay for whatever the cost might be to open the attraction.  Who in our government would want tourist dollars needed by the capitalists (I mean terrorists) in the area so the American people could receive a service, some happiness and the state of Arizona some much needed tax dollars.

Surely the goal of our lord Obama would not be to punish the middle class for his failure to understand his role as president.  I guess he also forgot the Constitution he swore an oath to protect and serve.  Does the “blessings of liberty” ring a bell?  How about the “unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.”

Sounds like an Opps for the Obama regime.  Prosperity, as well as Liberty will likely be  words outlawed by lord Obama when he takes the dictatorship helm in 2016.

I love the sudden interest in some of the Constitution by our lord Obama and his gaggle of Constitution haters.  I have heard more in the last week about the “full faith and credit” responsibilities of Congress (referenced in Article IV Section I of one of the greatest inspired rules of law to ever be constructed on this planet, than I have heard in the past five years.  I guess lord Obama decided to take a time out from his incremental trashing and attempt at destroying the antiquated document and use it to assist in his conquest.  But, sorry I digress!

The ultimate wake-up call came when I heard the Statue of Liberty will be opened on Monday.  That’s right; New York State said they would pay the $61,000 dollars a day to keep the statue standing.  And you thought our Federal tax dollars were not being spent on a good cause.  I pulled up some articles on the Statue of Liberty and sure enough, it’s just a statue.  I thought sure I would find something that might require human intervention.  Much to my non-amazement, I found none!
